Yoga Research Foundation is happy to announce its FIRST OFFICIAL Yoga Teacher Training Certification beginning September 7, 2024 held at our new Integral Yoga Center, located at 5691 SW 102nd Avenue, Miami, Florida. Based upon the wisdom and teachings of HH Swami Jyotirmayananda, this one-of-a-kind course goes far beyond most typical yoga teacher trainings and provides crucial insights into the ancient core of Yoga, the long-lost teachings that every practitioner and teacher should know. In addition to Hatha yoga (physical practice), these teachings reveal the formation of the all-encompassing system of Integral Yoga (Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga, Jnana Yoga). This intensive program will take place on Saturdays and Sundays over 7-weekends, from September 7 until October 20, 2024 (perfect for those who work during the weekdays).
