The Foundation · In person
A second building, given over to practice.
The ashram in South Miami is where the archive was recorded — the talks, the scripture classes, the evening satsangs. A few minutes away stands a separate house kept for the other half of the practice — the body. Postures and breath, and the classes, workshops and training built around them.
Looking for the ashram instead? Visit the Foundation — the hall on the recordings.
Classes, workshops and training, on 102nd Avenue.
Swamiji has taught for more than sixty years that the postures are not the practice but the preparation for it — that a restless body makes a restless mind, and that the asanas exist to quiet the first so the second can be met. The building on 102nd Avenue is where that preparation is taught.
It operates under its own name, the Integral Yoga Center, and keeps its own schedule at integralyogacenter.com. The teaching lineage is the same one that runs through everything else on this site.
The recorded archive stays free and always will. A class in a room with a teacher in it is a different thing from a recording, and the center sets its own terms — ask them directly.
West of the ashram, a few minutes’ drive.

Or begin where most people do — by listening.
Nothing here asks you to come to Miami. The talks that fill this teaching are free, unpaywalled, and older than most of the people who find them.
The archive is free, and it will remain free.
